Delivery and Returns
Packages are dispatched within 2 - 4 working days after receipt of payment is received
(excludes Saturday & Sunday). An email notification with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs. Photographic proof of breakage or damage will be request.
In case for other reasons refund ( touch & feel ), please contact us within 2 days.
All goods has to be refund in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). Refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs.
Allow us up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
Refunded goods are requested to send via Registered Post, to ensure the goods can be traced.
Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
Please note: special orders cannot be returned.
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number. All international parcels sent through HELLENIC POST and DHL available to track from main our page by adding tracking number into the orange search tab at the bottom of the page.
Online payments may be made through Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners), PayPal, Bank Direct Transfer. Local deliveries may be paid CASH ON DELIVERY.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
