Are your ceramics dishwasher-safe?
Yes, our ceramics are dishwasher-safe unless otherwise noted.
Do you use stoneware clay for tableware?
Yes. For all tableware items, we use high-quality stoneware clay, fired at high temperature for durability and daily use.
Are your glazes food-safe?
Yes. All our glazes are heavy-metal free and completely food-safe for everyday use.
Can you modify tiles?
Yes, the tiles we create in our studio can be individually customized in size, color, or pattern.
How long does it take until a custom item is ready?
Ceramic pieces need time to dry and be fired. It usually takes about 2 weeks for items to be ready.
Do you ship ceramics?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Online Shop
Is everything available online?
Not all pieces are listed. Some are limited or one-of-a-kind. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact us — we might already have it or can make one for you.
If a product isn’t available online, can you make it for me?
Absolutely. If you saw something in our studio or on social media that isn’t listed in the online shop, we can make it upon request.
Can you recreate a ceramic shape I saw in your gallery?
Yes, we can reproduce shapes, designs, or sets from pieces displayed in our gallery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship securely packaged ceramics worldwide.
Studio Visits
Is your studio open to visitors?
Yes. We are open every day during the summer period.
Can I watch part of the ceramic-making process?
Yes, guests are welcome to ask questions and observe parts of the process when possible.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes for studio visits — but workshops require a reservation.
Can we come winter time to the village ?
Yes, but most of the studios and shops are closed, also not all the taverns are open
Workshops
Do workshops require booking?
Yes, reservations are necessary so we can prepare materials and schedule your session.
Are workshops suitable for adults, families, and children?
Yes. Our hand-building workshops are ideal for adults, families, and children.
Do you offer wheel-throwing?
Yes, but wheel-throwing is for adults only. Because of the strength, coordination, and technique required, children cannot participate in wheel-throwing sessions.
Can children join workshops?
Yes, children are welcome in hand-building classes where they can safely and creatively shape clay.
Can we book a family workshop?
Definitely. Family workshops are one of our most popular and fun activities.
How long until my workshop creation is ready?
Workshop pieces require drying and firing, so they are ready in about 5 days.
Can workshop pieces be shipped?
Yes. If you cannot return to the studio after your piece is fired, we can ship your finished work to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the EU costs around 20€, but the final price depends on:
– how many pieces you order
– the total weight
– the destination country
We always try to find the safest and most economical shipping option.
