What to Expect as a Social Media Assistant in Our Ceramic Studio

Creative & Visual Tasks

  • Creating photo and video content (Reels, Stories, Posts) of ceramics, studio life, and the creative process

  • Capturing behind-the-scenes moments: making, glazing, firing, packaging, summer studio vibes

  • Basic photo/video editing for social media

Social Media Management

  • Scheduling and publishing content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok

  • Writing captions that match the studio’s tone and aesthetic

  • Using hashtags and trends relevant to ceramics, art, and lifestyle

  • Monitoring messages and comments (light community engagement)

Content Planning

  • Helping plan weekly or monthly content ideas

  • Suggesting creative concepts, trends, or storytelling ideas

  • Supporting launches, workshops, or new ceramic collections

Brand & Aesthetic Awareness

  • Keeping visuals aligned with the ceramic studio’s style and values

  • Maintaining a calm, artistic, and authentic look

  • Understanding slow craft, handmade culture, and storytelling

Flexible & Relaxed Work Style

  • Flexible hours and days

  • Remote-friendly (yes, sometimes from the beach )

 What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in social media, art, design, or ceramics

  • Basic experience with Instagram / content creation

  • Good eye for aesthetics

  • Organized, reliable, and creative

  • Happy to work independently and manage time well
