We are happy to welcome you to the 2026 pottery season!
This year we continue our time-tested individual workshops that many of you already love. Our Hand Building workshops for adults and families invite you to explore clay with simple tools and creative techniques, while our Wheel Throwing classes for adults offer the opportunity to learn (or deepen) the art of working on the pottery wheel.
We are also excited to introduce a new Pottery Decorating Workshop. In this program you will decorating already made ceramics item with slips and colours . It’s a wonderful way to add personality and artistic expression to your pottery.
Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning to the studio, we look forward to creating with you and sharing the joy of working with clay.
What we offer:
Individual Short Hand Building Or Wheel Throwing Session
Beginner / Intermediate Level
1.5 hour program
Adults only (from 16 years old)
meeting clay: hands-on training, theory, and demonstration of basic pottery techniques.
Proper use of the pottery wheel: centering clay on the wheel
Summary :
- Duration – 1.5 hours
- Participants: 2 Adults (age 16+)
- Designed to improve wheel throwing or hand-building skills
- Includes: individual tutoring / not limited local terracotta body clay/ basic tools / first bisque firing
- Participants can choose pieces that will be fired (biscuit firing including. Second firing with glaze is an extra charge)
- Cost: 53.00 Euros per person
- Extra price for fired object shipping if needed.
Familly and Children Program - PlayCLAY
1 h program
Age for children 4 - 16 years old
meeting clay: understanding plasticity and material. Hand building introduction: slab rolling, clay cutting, writing on clay, hand forming and working with mould.
Summary :
- Price: 40.00 Euros per person
- Duration – 1 hour
- Participants: 2-5 people
- Includes: not limited local terracotta body clay/ basic tools / first bisque firing
- Designed to improve creativity & fine motor skills
- Basic tools available
- Extra price for fired object shipping, if needed
Pottery decorating workshop
Summary :
- Price: 50.00 Euros per person
- Duration – 1 hour
- Participants: 2-6 people
- Includes: 2 leather dry items per person / basic tools / slip colours - bisque firing
- Extra price for fired object shipping, if needed
Please NOTE:
- to make ceramics liquid food safe - glaze must be applied. Glazing is not included in the price. It is an extra 5.00 euro charge per glazed item
- Due to the nature of clay, all made ceramics before firing need to dry. It might take from 1 to 3 days + firing and cooling down takes 24 hours. If participants are unable to collect ready ceramics-there is the possibility to ship them (extra shipping charge)
- Children in PlayClay classes can be accompanied by one relative that will observe the workshop.
