On the island of Crete eaceramics uses locally sourced materials and carefully selected glazes to produce ceramic art of exceptional craftsmanship. Many of the pieces incorporate the innovation, functional form and aesthetics of the ceramics created by the ancient civilisations who once inhabited the island. A modern twist gives each artifact a unique spirit of cutting edge design.
Using a combination of traditional thrown and hand moulding techniques, no piece is exactly the same and so carries it’s own unique character in looks and touch.
ea ceramic studio offers an internship of 2 months summertime with ERASMUS+ program.
Position available for person who's interested into working with clay & managing everyday studio duties: customers, e-mails, direct sales, showroom. We are offering cosy creating space, flexible hours, possibility to practice in ceramic fields on your own. Experience with clay would be advantage. Applications with motivation letter has to be sent no later than 1st of March.
